It is possible that the courier partners have a holiday between the day you have placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Deliveries are also affected by Corona Guidelines issued by the government.

Does Sarab herbs deliver internationally?
As of now, Sarab herbs doesn’t deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but please ensure the delivery address is in India only.
Are there any hidden costs involved? No, there are no hidden costs at all. The final price is displayed on the checkout page which is inclusive of taxes and delivery charges.
In order to protect our staff and families, during the Covid-19 pandemic, all product return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any item which has come into contact with the human body will be ineligible for a return.
Upon delivery, all packages should be inspected for visual signs of damage. If damage is noted, the customer reserves the right to refuse the shipment. If upon return to Sarab Herbs, the damage is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped to the customer at no extra charge. If the return is found to be undamaged, the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges and/or restocking fees.
All documented damage should be immediately reported to the shipping/ Freight Company and/ or Sarab Herbs.
If a damaged product is accepted by the customer, then it becomes the customer’s responsibility to file damage claims with the shipping/ Freight Company. The customer shall hold Sarab Herbs devoid of any further responsibilities for the damages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an incorrect product has been delivered, Sarab Herbs will arrange for free return shipping. Once the return has been received, we will send you a replacement without any additional shipping charges.
Products purchased from Sarab Herbs may be returned within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery. All used/ refurbished/ tampered products constitute a Final Sale. These products are not refundable or exchangeable without prior written permission from Sarab Herbs.
To return merchandise for credit or replacement, please complete an onlineReturn Authorization Number (RAN) Form. Once, Sarab Herbs receives the submission, you will be contacted with RAN and return instructions. All returned products must be in their original packaging and require the RAN to be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without a RAN will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Returns that have suffered physical damage during use by the customer or during transit back to Sarab Herbs will not be accepted for any reason. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will not apply to orders incorrectly fulfilled by MSEC.
Credit for returned items will only be issued once the return has been received, inspected, and processed by the shipping/receiving department/Sarab Herbs, approximately 30 days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued back to the purchasing credit/debit card or with a company check unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
An order cancellation fee of 10% will apply if an order is cancelled by the customer after the order has been processed. Most orders are processed on the day of order placement. A full refund will be given if the order has not yet been processed at the time of the cancellation.
Broken or partial cases cannot be returned.
Damaged/ expired products received will be exchanged with the same type of products ordered.
Sarab Herbs is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use reputable shipping companies such as; VRL, Trackon, DTDC, FedEx, DHL with good packaging (original packing preferred). Some of the products will be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us for proper shipping instructions.
